When the company came to town everyone was happy. The company got tax breaks and cheap land, and the people had employment and worker protection laws in place to protect themselves from predatory corporate practices.  The corporation and the workers were American. The Reagan and post Reagan government in America has deregulated the business world making it possible for business to disenfranchise the American people; creating the terrible conditions that now exist in 2008.

American corporations grew strong in America, lobbied the government to change the laws that protected the working class in America against the people. They think they have gotten away with their fuckery; but the citizens of America know that the American corporations who join the World Trade Organization and support the dismantlement of the American manufacturing class of workers are traitors to the city, and the state that they left. One day they will be held accountable for the misery they have spread by their miss dealings against the American people.
