The Amerikan congress and their war criminal President have socialized the debts of the country’s financial institutions. One might suggest that the new architects might be redesigning American government to meet modern day needs. I think that their efforts to deconstruct American government and American culture is not to improve the old but to construct something out of the American system of commerce and government that serves the needs of the World Trade Organization. They think that they are slick; they call their new country W.T.O.
