I see how it works in Amerika: the city and state governments are now funded like the pentagon, they are out of control, controlled by corruption. The federal bail-out money that is given to the states and cities is similar to the monies that were given to the war effort in Iraq: fraud, no bid contracts, poor record keeping, no accountability for criminals in government. American Manufacturers, the American Government, the Federal Reserve and the World Trade Organization have been doing treason to the United States Constitution and subverting the quality and the happiness of the American Taxpayer. The bail-outs are the finishing touches of thirty years of re-engineering the American Labor Culture by the New Architects of the World Trade Organization. If Americans will piss in a jar in front of their employers in order to qualify them for work; then they will do whatever they are told to do and that makes America a very dangerous place for those of us that are not rotten to the core, though and though!
