Please ask your state representative to amend Senate Bill 109 to change the requirement from a FULL MEDICAL HISTORY AND MEDICAL EXAMINATION… TO… A MEDICAL HISTORY AND EXAMINATION PERTINENT TO THE CONDITION BEING EVALUATED.
SENATE BILL 109 addresses the relationship between physicians and others involved in the medical marijuana industry, including patients. One part of the bill defines the required bona fide doctor-patient relationship as one in which the physician has done a full medical history and a full medical history and full medical examination prior to evaluating the patient for a medical marijuana card.
Amendment 20 which passed in 2000 lists eight medical conditions which can qualify a patient for a card with the state medical marijuana registry by a physician. If the patient has one of those conditions as stated in Amendment 20 that should be enough for the recommendation. IF… Senate Bill 109 passes the doctor will have to: first, do a full history and examination and exam which will take a minimum of 45 minutes and usually one or two hours. The doctor will have to charge for his/her time for this and thus the price of getting the recommendation will quadruple or quintuple for the patient (annually). THIS IS NOT FAIR, WE NEED TO AMEND THIS.
Senate Bill 109 was passed by the Colorado State Senate week before last in four days on a 34 to 1 vote. It is now in the House of Representatives (and out of committee). Local politics can defeat the beasts of absolutism and tyrany; it just takes effort and a lot of balls and it seems to be happening in different parts of my country. It makes me proud to see my fellow citizens taking risk upon themselves for our American democracy after such a long sleep..

Our president and his predecessors have grown a corporate mercenary army that operates at our president’s pleasure and that private contractor army calls itself C.I.A. and that army is murdering humane beings all over the world. I supported our president Obama because he seemed Washington-est (George Washington) but now I could never imagine the corporatist president Obama crossing a river of ice for freedom  unless he was backed up by Blackwater and was trying to steal something for the multinational corporations.

The fast track trade treason, the treason of abandonment of country by multinational corporations, the American bought and paid for city, state and federal governments all operate in a corporatist world that is contrary to the preamble of our United States Constitution and that corporate world has overtly subverted our constitution and our American way of life and therefore accountable for the felony crime of treason, just like George W. Bush and Dick Cheney are accountable for their war crimes and their crimes against humanity.

Bury your head in the sand if you want to but when I see evil I do not tolerate it. Our president George Washington crushed evil when he crossed a river of ice to crush a pig king’s mercenaries in Trenton, New Jersey.

Look at how far we have fallen… from our U.S. constitution…from our national identity… from our pride of manufacturing fine American goods…from our collective compliance against murder by robot drone… from our belief that torturing anything is morally wrong … and from our respect for our living Mother Earth…
