How international trade policies subvert our law / U. S. Constitution

Trade and corporations are an important reality of life but when corporate greed supplants our nations law, the U. S. Constitution, and replaces our law with corporate  monopolies, international trade agreements and Patriot Act, then that is the time for free-minded American citizens to act or be invisible.

For those of us who are activists, the battles for free choice have been long and difficult but now we know what the problems are concerning marijuana and how to fix it.

The state of Oregon ( http://www.crrh.org/upheld.html) is too cool for school because they have isolated the nations problem concerning the legality of marijuana as a recreational drug or a medical aid. The case this state has prepared on behalf of a free choice for Oregon citizens clearly shows how world trade policy has subverted our American right of free choice…  you must read this!

The ‘Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs’ is an abomination to everyone except organized crime and Big Pharma…  It alone is the reason that citizens in America and the world over have been criminalized for over fifty years for choosing marijuana over alcohol and pills : proving how monopolies control governments and are the direct cause of tyranny.

So basically our own guys sold our democracy out in favor of trade agreements.

Now that we know how this snake crawls, the legal situation is solvable and I think that Oregon State has the right idea.

We all live by our law and if Americans do not want to be transformed into Corporate Amerika then we have the right to change it in accordance with that law / the U. S. Constitution!… the trick is to find the corporate loop-hole that subverts our nation’s law and I believe that the State of Oregon has done just that.
