When I was playing guitar with Cuba Gooding Sr., Luther Simmons and Tony Sylvester/”The Main Ingredient” in the early seventy’s, no one in my family came to see me play because they said that they were scared of our audiences which were usually composed of Black People and very few White People.

My family hails from Philadelphia and they consider themselves as rich and privileged; recently they could be considered the Kings of derivatives and credit default swaps but mostly they are racist. Their motto is ,” Nobody said that life is fair”. They think that the ‘New World Order’ is a good idea for them.

” If they don’t take a drink, don’t trust them “. I used to hear my drunkard father say this all of the time and usually he would be referring to people of color… yes I must admit that I was shown racism up close when I moved to Philadelphia as a teenager.

My father referred to himself as an aristocrat, as does his eldest children do today. He was weak and fat and mismanaged his body to the extent that he was gobbling ‘nitro pills’ before he was fifty years old. He died a drunk of liver disease.  Philadelphia went the same way. It allowed it’s ‘New World Order’ citizens to direct the city’s working pensions to be invested into Atlanta and the Carolina’s by the banks, leaving Philadelphia to decay into what it has become today. A perfect example of local treason ( actions taken by civic leaders that have disenfranchised our whole city)

The recently uncovered information about our A. M.A. or it’s equivalent concerning the infecting of innocent people of color with syphilis in Central America is old news. In the sixties’, those of us who adventured in those areas where these crimes were committed were told about these things and that is one of the many reasons why those of us from the ultra-rich class of American culture rejected the standards we were raised to enforce.

Imagine some dude who mismanages his body ( eats the wrong foods and gets insufficient exercise) to the extent that he needs open heart surgery in his fifty’s,…  pretending that he could manage a culture.

For a pig like that there is no fair fight, the weapons that he uses for combat are misinformation, disease, actions that are sneaky and the illegal manipulations of a constitution that defines the identity of a people is how the betrayal done by the big fat pigs of the W.T.O. operate when they are destroying our American identity and attempting to replace it with stuff like ‘New World Order’ and ‘Homeland’.

Corporate Fascism’s New World Order is the game that rich spoiled AmeriKans play because they are too fat and too stupid to play by the rules set forth in our United States Constitution

Our American government has been subverted: by the Supreme Court illegally appointing a president and ruling that corporations are people.

The office of President is out of control: it is not supposed to be able to make trade deals on it’s own and the fact that our presidents are now in command of a clandestine illegal contractor/mercenary army that is murdering people all over the world for the interests of the World Trade Organization is a disgrace/violation of law to our American way of life, our American Constitution.

So if one is rich, fat and stupid and he does not have a conscience to guide him, the choices of Infecting people with syphilis without their knowledge or permission, or illegally maintaining a private contractor army to create mayhem in order to clear the way for the interests of the W.T.O. or engineering the theft of a city’s pension program are all good choices for the fat, corrupt and stupid among us who think that they know more than our founding fathers.

AmeriKa’s one party system (W.T.O. is a corporate system that is spreading it’s tyranny against our American people/ against all peoples) , the W.T.O. is destroying the last parts of Indigenous Earth that they have not already fouled with the W.T.O. brand of filth, greed and destruction.

AmeriKa is like a fat slob whose friends and supporters piss people off because they take things that do not belong to them. When AmeriKans are confronted with their very poor behavior, they simply hire mercenaries to murder the complainants . Needless to say this type of corporate and military conduct is totally unacceptable for those of us who are still AmeriCan and who wish to see our nations constitution restored so that it can continue to serve it’s people.

The ‘Drug Warriors’ have arrived! Look around at all of their shiny new toys that our ‘Drug Warriors’ have purchased with our tax dollars … at the expense of our school sports programs and our other necessary after school programs in our schools. Police and firemen pensions are an insult to any AmeriCan who beleives in sustainability or who understands how these pensions work. The Police and firemen are bankrupting their own local governments/communities… and most of them are fat like pigs are fat.

If one can not manage his way to healthy choices he is just another asshole who is taking more than his share.

Life at the country club is not worth doing treason against one’s own constitution (whether for self or for country).

We all fight to protect what we love whether we think we are going to win or loose the fight.

American Indians defended what they loved, they fought a fight that they knew they could not win, with their backs against the Rocky Mountains. In the ‘New AmeriKa,’ Americans have our backs against a broken Constitution and our fight to fix it seems impossible.

The power grab that has taken place by the executive branch of our government / the presidency since the criminal president Richard Nixon declared that the AmeriKan president is above the law back in 1971 has now devolved to : the AmeriKan president can now / in 2010 commit murder of Americans and other nationalities when he chooses anywhere he chooses ; the AmeriKan presidents have been controlling and growing an army of contractors called C. I. A. who have been operating more for the interests of the World Trade Organization than for the interests of the American people. Our America has permitted an illegal private army to be controlled solely by the president / our presidents have been conducting private wars all over the world for decades in the service of the World Trade Organization’s interests, not in the interests of the American people

Our U. S. Supreme Court thinks that it can appoint presidents and ignore the ‘Crimes Against Humanity ‘ by the war criminal George W. Bush and the war criminal Dick Cheney and their government.

Our U. S. Congress is the ‘New AmeriKan Mafia’ that has perfected it’s technique to subvert the law and then steal American tax dollars that is the money machine that serves the New AmeriKan Pentagon Corporation and the New AmeriKan Corporate Police State.

When I had Polio in the fifty’s I never thought that I would win against the odds but I did and when Tony Sylvester asked me to play live gigs with him in Harlem and nobody else wanted me there because I was white, it worked out, against all odds ; but this fight about defending a citizens right of choice has been going on since 1971, and that fight has now morphed into defending the Geneva Convention and now into defending / re-enstating Glass-Stegall against the outright theft of our nation’s treasure by our national business and political leadership is a struggle that is appearing to resemble the ‘ Last Stands ‘ of the indigenous cultures that our own government has wrongly crushed… now it is crushing us / our Constitution / our own ingeniousness.

I am saddened to see my people so afraid of Truth. I am saddened to see free-thinking people hiding in their ‘Peace Gardens’ .  You can only do what you can do and that is alright, just do more! We must fight our fight with our backs against our nation’s American Constitution and oppose those who are her enemy and we must fight the fight to hold those accountable who have broken our laws and who have subverted our Constitution in service to the World Trade Organization.

The criminals who pretend to be judges who sit on the the U. S. supreme court have overtly subverted the law of our land by ruling in favor of their corporate cronies by declaring that corporations are people.

If we follow the logic that corporations are people then it would follow that corporations who commit felony crime should be prosecuted in criminal court and if they are found guilty they/C.E.O should do hard jail time just like little Johnny gets for failing his drug test.

Murder in a coal mine or murder on an oil rig is no big deal for a bribed government and a corporate murderer; it is a way of life for the multi-national corporations who comprise the World Trade Organization.

The Amerikan multi-national corporations who have bet against our American culture by disenfranchising the very communities that made them rich and powerful have committed treason against their own/our country in favor of the new horizon called New World Order and their accomplice is our own elected government.

The American worker pisses into jars on command so why would any American think that his/her government would have the balls to stand up for it’s people against the corporate greed threat that is still ravaging our culture and the supreme law of the land, the U. S. constitution?

The American citizens who have been criminalized for handling marijuana are not the people who have robbed and disgraced our United States of America. Those of us who are the hardened veterans of the criminal Richard Nixon’s drug wars have lived long enough to see the beast eating it’s own tail and singing God bless Amerika.  The drug warriors cannibalize their own U. S. Constitution and justify the imprisonment of the nation’s children and sick people over issues of choice.

The Louisiana and Texas wet-lands have been an environmental disaster for over sixty years : heavy metals and petro-chemicals are in every living organism that has been unfortunate enough to be part of that contaminated Texas and Louisiana ecology and now the ecology of Mississippi, Alabama and Florida are at stake… but that is not a problem for corporatist because the American Supreme Court has made it legal for corporations to patent life.

It is a good thing that oil is not a living organism because if it was, a Supreme Court ruling has already ruled that it is legal for a corporation that/who owns patented life to sue anyone who is in possession of that patented life (whether by accident,  air or water). U. S.  corporations have purchased a U. S. Supreme Court who has ruled that the patenting of life is moral and legal and these multi-national corporations have also purchased the favor of the U. S. Congress who does not object to and who has approved of the corporate patenting of life…  the American people are left uninformed.

If the U. S. government and the W.T.O. are in partnership in a patented life business then why would anyone believe that the destruction of more indigenous habitat would not be another plus for these destroyers of our natural world.

When the unpunished criminal Richard Nixon started his illegal war on marijuana, he successfully criminalized the loyal opposition and when he permitted corporate drug testing he overtly subverted the law of the land, which in case you don’t know is the constitution of our United States of America.

Fast tracking their sworn responsibilities off to the executive branch in favor of World Trade Organization policy is not the way our U. S. congress was set up to operate.

Are 30,000 oil rigs and 6,000 square miles of murdered water an American idea? Do you even know about it? … Oh and don’t worry about the fish and such in the Gulf of Mexico because the corporations that / who trade in patented life have a plan to replenish our supply of indigenous commercial life from a corporate oil destroyed ecology with their patented life products— Genetically engineered organisms.

Let me remind you that the people who handle and use marijuana have done nothing to support the oil industry’s destruction of nature. We are the citizens who like art and brighter tomorrows.
