If somebody does a crime, who is guilty… the guy who ordered the crime to be done, the institution that provided personnel for the crime or is it the person or persons who actually physically commit the crime?
In America we have leaders who are committing crime without being prosecuted. Our American criminals are our leaders and they have successfully subverted our United States Constitution by means of ‘ Court Appointed Presidents ‘ and ‘ Fast Track Trade Deals ‘ with rules and regulations that supersedes American Law.
We Americans will never get our country back from the clutches of the World Trade Organization unless we punish white-collar crime vigorously and drop the terms and conditions of the ‘ Single Convention On Narcotic Drugs ‘ which is one of those ‘trade deals ‘ that is superseding American Law and is responsible for criminalizing free American citizens for exercising their right of free choice concerning the seed baring plants as mentioned in the ‘Book of Moses ‘ since 1931 and this trade deal is the mother of all of the trumped up corporate wars… ie..war on marijuana, war on drugs, war on terror, war on… I’m sure you get their idea.
We Americans are not getting anywhere until we, the people of The United States Of America, prosecute the criminals in American business and American government and the American military for crimes against our American Constitution.

How can any American citizen live with that kind of destruction without being ashamed. The same is true about the destruction of the Gulf of Mexico and what is left of the wet-lands there.
Loop-current, Gulf-stream, coastal tides and currents can be easily utilized to serve our nation’s energy needs, if we Americans had the conscience and the courage to stand up for our Fourth Amendment rights of Free Choice.
 We could work with the forces of nature instead of destroying indigenous life…
Alcoholism is a disease that is controlling our decision makers in government and business.
Look at the faces of our leaders and look at the disgrace that they call their ‘body of work’ and panic, because the drunks are behind the wheel.
Greed and legacy and alcoholism are the forces that have destroyed our United States Constitution.

Our taxes pay for their ‘Horror’

Our United States are not united. They have been blown apart by ‘ Fast Track Trade Deals ‘ that have been executed by our federal government’s power hungry executive branch / the presidency on behalf of the ‘ World Trade Organization / multi-national corporations. The illegal war in Iraq and the criminal conduct of George W. Bush  has disgraced our nation and the monies that are spent or stolen are a waste.

 These Amerikan wars … ugh! They cost so much… in lost life and misplaced dollars.

We must obey the Law of our Land / the constitution the Bill of Rights or we will loose our national identity and what little freedoms that are left to us.

Treason is treason no matter what the meaning of is, is. We all know what is right, we all know what is wrong. We can all vote.

Who would of thought that Mitt Romney and the New York Times newspaper would be piggy-backing on my politicalsurfer.com web site, and now, my fans can not access politicalsurfer.com… I am being blocked.
I started my web-site to sell music and write about stuff… mostly about issues of choice and about the criminals in our state, local and federal governments.
Now Google or ‘somebody’ has seen fit to remove me from the search index.
The last article I wrote before this happened was about our Supreme Court and about the fact that there are no other religons represented there other than Jewish and Catholic and that there recent decisions concerning corporations has subverted our U.S. Constitution and I also talked about torture and the Geneva Convention and about the fact that no one has been held accountable for that crime against humanity.
I asked the question,” How can we move forward without emptying the trash?
Now, my web-site has been sidelined.
Hopefully the internet will not be like the 60′s : a few years of enlightenment and then censorship…   .
